Black on Black
Many people still think of the kitchen as a woman’s domain, but nothing could be further from the truth! We all know men are passionate about cooking and there is nothing frilly or girly about that… so why should the kitchen be any different?!!
This black-on-black kitchen is the epitome of a modern masculine space.
A truly monochromatic space does not need to have a lot of fine detail to be interesting; slight variations in tone and texture can create a fascinating visual and tactile experience within the space.

A gas hob is a fantastic option, particularly if there is a high likelihood of power outages in your area. Most manufacturers offer gas appliances that can be paired with electrical appliances within a style range, ensuring a cohesive look to your kitchen.
Solid surface countertops come in an array of colours which makes it a good option when cabinet fronts have been custom spray painted. Steel rods can be installed to protect the surface.
Reverse finger-grip cabinet fronts are created by machining a recess into the substrate of the cabinet front. This door style is only available in a spray-painted finish, which makes it an excellent option for custom colour. Wrap finishes are unfortunately unable to conform to this style of door.
Mood lighting can be achieved by the addition of a lamp on the counter creating an atmosphere in a corner that if left unlit would have been rather uninteresting.
Slight variations in tone create depth in this monochromatic space.
