What is the average turn-around time on a project?
The average turn-around time on a project is around three to four weeks, depending on the scale of the project, factory capacity and availability of selected materials.
You are based in Cape Town, do you take on projects in other parts of South Africa?
We prefer to work exclusively in the Western Cape, however, we have worked on projects in other provinces in the past. Please contact us should you wish to have joinery installed in another region.
Do you sell ready-made cabinets?
No, all the cabinets we build are designed to suit each client’s needs. We are known for our bespoke joinery solutions.
Can you ship a custom kitchen internationally?
Yes, it is possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your cabinets will arrive in perfect condition as third parties will be involved in the shipping process. We can also not guarantee that your local installer will install the cabinets to our workmanship standards.
What guarantees and warranties do you offer?
Our work carries a five-year craftsmanship guarantee.
Some of the materials and components we recommend selecting for your project carry manufacturers’ warranties of up to 25 years. We have hand-selected materials which we recommend based on quality and durability.
Can you manage our entire remodelling project?
Yes, we can. We have good working relationships with skilled contractors that we trust, and would be happy to manage your project from start to finish.
