If you are a new client, do not phone them. After reading glowing reviews on Google, I reached out via phone attempting to inquire about a few basic questions. Yes, it is clear that I should have used the contact form on the web page instead. But as someone seeking professional assistance, it is crucial to feel welcomed and heard by the service provider. Regrettably, this was not the case with CCMI Kitchen and Cupboard Specialists. Customer service is an integral aspect of any reputable business, and their dismissive attitude and apparent disinterest were red flags. While they may excel in handling larger projects, they have failed to recognize that every customer, regardless of the job's size, deserves respect and consideration. I consider myself very fortunate to have found Johan from CCMI, who managed my apartment renovation from start to finish. I was abroad throughout, but Johan made the process so seemless with excellent communication every step of the way. Johan and his team are professional and reliable, and their work is of an exceptionally high standard. My entire apartment was renovated, floor to ceiling and while Johan managed the entire project,  the work done specifically by the CCMI team (bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, lounge) custom cupboards, cabinets and shelving, turned out better than I could have imagined. Thank you for your patience with me constantly changing my mind with regards to the design and finishes, and for the valued advice. The CCMI team truly went over and above expectation. If you need custom cupboards and someone to manage your interior renovation project, reach out to Johan and his team and you will not be disappointed. I contracted CCMI to design and install a sleek, modern, new kitchen and some extra cupboards which wrap around a corridor wall. The result is outstanding - excellent quality workmanship, on time and to budget. Jean is a master joiner. He came up with some creative suggestions for the large space, and put in some drywalling to separate living areas. Jean transformed our darker solid wood kitchen cupboards with pristine and perfectly applied white spray paint.  He also did a fantastic job of seamlessly extending an existing Island and adding a white waterfall top. The end result - a totally updated, upgraded kitchen for reasonable expenditure.  Highly recommended for a new or upgraded kitchen.  Quality and service cannot be beat. (Subsequently Jean built us a modern, , floating, kitchenette unit for a cottage, which turned out a dream too )
